Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

  • The orders have been communicated to sellers/merchant(s) listed on the Platform
  • The sellers have initiated the process of shipping the products
  • The product is already out for delivery

In such events, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep when it arrives.

Perishable Items

LIFESPROUT CARE LLP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good or does not meet the expected standards.

Note: For perishable items, quality concerns must be reported immediately upon delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos) to facilitate the refund/replacement process.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team immediately. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end.

This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. Please provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect to help us process your claim efficiently.

Product Not as Expected

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision based on the nature of the discrepancy and our policies.

Manufacturer Warranty

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them according to the warranty terms and conditions provided with the product.

LIFESPROUT CARE LLP can assist in connecting you with the manufacturer but is not responsible for warranty claims or repairs.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by LIFESPROUT CARE LLP, it will take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed to you. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Important: The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
